Royale High now has the 2024 Halloween party event, and the makers have also added a new Halo called Dream Dust Eveningfall 2024.

You can get the Eveningfall Dream Dust 2024 Halo by also answering questions in the Nightmare Fountain that are connected to your story, just like you did with other halos.
