Find and talk with the Insect Trainer Shinobu at the Demon Slayer Corp, found her sitting on the roof of the tavern. And there is only x1 task:
You just have to pay her 10k Yen, and you will unlock the sword automatically

How to Get Insect Breathing in Demonfall – Skills
These are all the skills, their cooldowns and also their costs:
- Dance of the Butterfly: The user leaps up, over, and behind the opponent before diving and stabbing them
- Dance of the Dragonfly: The user does a flurry of stabs at the opponent. This move is similar to Mist Breathing’s Second Form and also Explosive Flurry from the Shockwave Art
- Dance of the Centipede: The user disappears and becomes invisible, but leaves a trail of butterflies in their path. This move is similar to Mist Breathing’s Third Form
- Dance of the Spider: The user dashes backwards before leaping forward and stabbing the opponent, resembling a smashing effect in front of the user
